Not only can we extrude it, but we can meet your requirements for both time and specifications. We have a 5 axis wire EDM enabling us to produce in-house rubber and plastic extrusion dies of extreme complexity with precision and in a timely manner. We extrude all of the common polymers like Chloroprene, SBR, NBR, Natural Rubber, Butyl, Viton™, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM and others. In addition, we extrude silicone and fluorocarbons.

Our rubber extrusion department extrudes tubing, cord or any custom design to your specification. We can extrude practically anything both in small and large quantities. Your custom extrusion may be coiled for easy shipping and storage or cut in straight lengths to your desired size. When it's time to cure the rubber to its precise shape, we can form tight corners or tricky designs. For sponge parts we use our liquid curing medium or salt bath. (See Below) And for silicone pieces, we use hot air vulcanization process.
